ЭЦП - 6 доводов против!

Не так давно я писал, что получил 6 причин не использовать ЭЦП от одной европейской компании.

Итак, 6 доводов против ЭЦП:
1. There are no global standards for digital signatures.

Это не критично, вполне разумно пойти по межгосударственному соглашению, скажем в рамках ООН, об использовании технологии ДТС при использовании защищенного электронного документооборота.

2. They don’t qualify anything. Anyone who knows about digital signatures know that they don’t really validate you as a sender, as there is at least a thousand loopholes in the setup making it possible to pose as somebody else.

Здесь не согласен абсолютно. Можно сделать моментом подписи не отправку, а сам документ. В России это обкатано и давно проверено.

3. They make adoption of e-invoicing and e-business services much harder. Your suppliers are already struggling to implement your expensive e-invoicing solution (at least if you chose OB10). Do you also want to add the cost and complexity of digital signatures to that process?

Нет аргументов против.

4. Digital signatures make it really hard to make conversions between different XML formats which effectively limits integration options for suppliers and customers.

Нужна единая система реестра.

5. There are already controls in place in most companies to validate suppliers and invoices. Do you imagine that companies will drop these if the sender use digital signatures, not likely…?

 Нет аргументов против.

6. Most importantly, they don’t add any value, you don’t sign paper invoices, why start doing it with electronic invoicing? The only one profiting is the operators who charge you for those digital signatures.
